Kenny was very attentive to what we were interested in for a house, and helping us set up our priorities for what was a necessity and what was optional. This allowed us to find the right balance of features in the real estate postings and eventually finding a house in the price range we were looking for. He was always available to help us go see houses, even at the last minute for brand-new postings.

Kenny was all we could have asked for in a real estate agent. He was extremely knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, and went above and beyond with his amazing work ethic.

We bought a new house shortly after starting to look, and he helped us to get a good price within our predetermined limits.

We then needed to sell our house… and we did: within 10 hours of listing! The house had multiple offers even before MLS had the listing. Kenny’s knowledge of the market and ability to read the area helped to secure a quick sale with everything we could have asked for.

Kenny’s service was excellent. Because this is my first time to buy a property, and not really familiar with the procedures in Canada, he was so nice and patient to answer all my questions and explain all the details. He planed everything for me ahead and reminded me by email and text too. He also introduced some of his friends, who he trust with and are really nice and helpful to help me about the mortgage and laywer’s stuff. With his help, everything was so easy to finish. During the time we were waiting for mortgage and house closing, he always emailed me or call me to check how was everything going. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he always did as soon as he can, which I really appreciate. Even on the last closing day, he also brought me to walk around the house to check everything was good to go, which made me really comfortble. Overall, it was really nice with Kenny’s help, which made the all the boring procedures to be lightful and enjoyable. I already moved in my new house, and I showed my parents by web-cam, they really like it too.
